White Rose Partners is a development platform focused on digital infrastructure. We identify and control sites where deliverable power, fiber, and community support converge, and we deliver them as powered land, powered shell, or build-to-suit projects. Our leadership team has spent decades acquiring, entitling, and delivering data center and industrial projects across the United States, and we bring that experience to a platform built to move at the speed the market now demands.
OUR APPROACH

Long before a site is under contract, we evaluate what makes a project work for everyone at the table: infrastructure, land use compatibility, constructability, and the economic impact the community will actually see. We screen alongside utility, municipal, and end-user partners so the sites we pursue result in net benefits to all stakeholders in the project.
② Prepare
Once a site is identified, we secure the land, power, infrastructure, and approvals in parallel, delivering a site that's ready to build on day one.
③ Deliver
We deliver powered land, a completed shell, or a turnkey facility - managing design, budget, and construction through energization.
④ Scale
